KNOW Your Career Readiness (“the assessment”) is a free self-assessment provided by KnowJunction. By using it you agree to these terms.

What the assessment is

The assessment asks you to rate your own habits. Your results are self-reported guidance for your own development. They are not a test of ability, a qualification, or a prediction of whether you will get or succeed in a job, and they must not be used to make hiring, admission or other selection decisions about anyone.

Using it fairly

Use the assessment for yourself, honestly and lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, submit automated or false entries, or access other people's records.

Expert enquiries and offerings

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or commit you to anything. Any paid service is agreed separately, with its price confirmed before you decide. Free next steps are suggestions; use your own judgement about what suits you.

Ownership

The assessment, its questions, scoring method, text and design are owned by KnowJunction and may not be copied, resold or republished without written permission.

Liability

The assessment is provided as it is, for general guidance. To the extent the law allows, KnowJunction is not liable for decisions you make based on your results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
