Privacy Notice

KnowJunction is responsible for the information collected by KNOW Your Career Readiness. This notice explains what we keep and why.

What stays on your device

Your name is used only to personalise your results on your screen and is not sent to us with your answers. Your progress is saved in your browser so you can continue later; choosing “Start again” clears it.

What we store

• Your situation, and your education and career area if you give them.
• Your answers, scores and whether you found the results useful.
• Your email address, only if you ask for updates or send an enquiry.
• For an enquiry: your name, email, phone if you choose phone, the help areas and your note.
• Your results with an enquiry, only if you tick the separate consent to share them.

Why we use it

To run the assessment, to reply to enquiries you send, to send updates you asked for, and to understand in aggregate how the assessment is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Records are private. Only authorised KnowJunction editors can read them.

How long we keep it

Records are deleted automatically after the retention period set by KnowJunction, which is 12 months by default.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop updates at any time, by emailing connect@knowjunction.com.
